The Plastoform tri-density orthotic is a prefabricated orthotic that may be heated and vacuum formed.
- Top layer is plastoform – a soft foam similar to plastazote with more long term resiliency and rebound
- Middle poron layer provides additional cushioning
- Bottom, reinforced multiform layer provides a solid base of support for the orthotic
- Additional base material allows postings to be ground directly into the orthotic
