6831 Ultraflex 3 Aircraft Aluminum Knee/Elbow Joint


This joint can be used in the fabrication of custom knee orthoses for orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological spasticity treatment through low load stretching. These orthoses are considered therapeutic and are not designed for ambulation. Comes in pairs (power unit and companion)

Power Joint

  • Joints are bi-directional; continuously adjustable range is ± 140º or 280º total
  • Safety and therapeutic range lock in 20º increments
  • Don-doff lock at any position within 280º
  • Integrated dynamic bi-directional (extension/flexion) power assists rated to 7.5 Nm (66 in·lb) 85D power units
  • Mass (weight) with full struts: Knee/Elbow- 165g. (6 oz.), Ankle/Wrist- 75g. (2.5 oz.)
